What is Airsoft?

Airsoft is an exciting, growing sport both in the USA as well as in Europe and Asia.  Airsoft guns use forced air through a cylinder/bore design to propel a 6mm plastic bb.  Most of the airsoft guns are very accurate replicas of their real counter parts.  The popularity of MILSIM (Military Simulation) as well as airsoft gun collecting is growing because of the relative low cost of ownership and ease of use and maintenance. 

Airsoft offers enthusiast a more accurate "gun" experience at a safe and affordable alternative to what can be an expensive and dangerous sport of firearms.  Many military, police and other law enforcement agencies have embraced the use of airsoft as an economic and safer alternative to training.
